Our Workshop & Equipment

We operate from a 13,500 sq ft fully equipped workshop in South Kirkby — large enough to handle substantial fabrication projects, and fitted with the equipment you'd expect from a serious fabrication operation.

High-Definition Plasma Profiling

Accurate, clean-cut profiles across a wide range of steel thicknesses.

8-Axis CNC Pressbrake

170 tonne capacity, 4m bed, for precise and repeatable formed components.

Full Welding Capability

Full MIG, TIG and MMA welding capability — all welding in accordance with BSEN ISO9606-1:2017

Fabrication & Finishing Equipment

Cutting, drilling, grinding and finishing equipment.

In addition to our in-house capabilities, we work with a network of trusted partners to offer galvanizing, powder coating, electroplating, and shotblasting and painting — giving customers a complete, finish-ready product without the need to manage multiple suppliers.
